The idea of a trailer or teasers is to illustrate the most important message about a full product within a relatively short time period. Here the sound design can shine and ideally support the visuals by adding an emotional message to the picture.
Note, that on some trailers I have worked on commercially but also have RE-WORKED the Hitman and Deus-Ex pieces to show my sound design skills within that genre.
